One reason I have created this site is so that other women can see what I do about menopause. The products on this page are what I use and what works for me. Women can learn a lot from each other, especially when the medical profession fails us. We are the ones in the trenches. What I do may not work for someone else, but I hope this site will encourage women to take charge of their own health care. There have been many needless surgeries on women's reproductive organs because they relied too much on doctors.

Although perimenopause and menopause have a lot to do with hormones, overall health is just as important. I believe much or our mass-produced food is of poor quality and that we need to supplement our diets--not with synthetic vitamins and minerals, but with whole foods.

Knowledge is power. I hope women are inspired by my site to do their own research, use their own common sense, and find out what works for them to live well.
